I did not find a reason not to join myfunlife

Dear Readers,

From my point of view, there're  at least two reasons why we should consider to become a Myfunlife member :

Analyzing The Company Pay Plan

I've Found something on net that I Think I have to Share With You.
This article is the answer to my question : " what drives me to join a network marketing company most ?

here is the brief answer and I feel more than Just enlightened........

One of the most important aspects to consider in a company is its compensation plan — the set of rules that dictates how distributors earn commissions, overrides, bonuses, and other compensation.

A Little History

After decades of classic door to door direct selling by the Fuller Brush Man, multilevel sales plans rose to popularity in the 1950s and 1960s (Amway, Mary Kay, and Shaklee), which allowed distributors to earn money not only on their own direct sales, but also to earn override commissions on the sales of the salespeople they recruited, the sales of the salespeople recruited by their recruits, and so on down the line. In the early programs — before the advance of computer technology — it was difficult for a company to manage all the downline information and payouts. So they usually allowed only "direct distributors" to buy directly from the company. These people would then sell products to the distributors in their downlines, collecting payment from them, and paying them their commissions, bonuses, and overrides.
Today, thanks to affordable, powerful computers, as well as efficient delivery systems such as UPS and Federal Express, there is no longer a need for direct distributors to act as go-betweens. The new companies and most of the older ones now allow all distributors to purchase directly from the company.

Go for the Goals

When choosing a company to join, the most important factor is not the type of compensation plan, but whether that plan is achieving important goals for distributors. Alfred White, senior management consultant at San Diego-based Hamilton LaRonde & Associates, Inc. recommends evaluating each company you are considering against the following characteristics of a good compensation plan:
  1. Is it easy to enter into the opportunity? You should only have to buy a modestly priced sales kit.
  2. Are you rewarded primarily for direct sales, rather than for override commissions?
  3. Are you rewarded for personally sponsoring others?
  4. Are you rewarded for recruiting multiple levels?
  5. Is the focus on selling products to the end consumer, rather than to your downline?
  6. Are you rewarded for training and supporting your downline?
  7. Are you rewarded for high personal volume?
  8. Are you rewarded for high group volume?
  9. Are you rewarded for maintaining a monthly volume?
  10. Does the plan provide for recognition?
  11. Does the plan offer nonmonetary rewards and incentives, such as trips or cars?
  12. Is the plan's monthly maintenance requirement reasonable - not so high that you can never achieve it, and thus never receive compensation?
Conversely, here are some compensation plan characteristics that should send you running in the opposite direction:
  1. A plan that does nothing to discourage deadweight distributors and nonproducers.
  2. A plan that encourages inventory loading or large investments in products.
  3. A plan that emphasizes gimmicks rather than product sales.

Four Major Types of Plans

There are many different varieties of compensation plans out there. They often have exotic names. But they tend to be variations on four major types of plans….
The Unilevel Plan
In this plan, recruits do not advance to positions above basic distributors, regardless of their performance. According to White, the principal advantage of the unilevel plan is that it’s easy for companies to administer and for distributors to explain to potential recruits.
Its chief disadvantage is its lack of flexibility in achieving some of the goals mentioned earlier. In addition, unilevel plans are limited in depth of levels of payment which inhibits deep sales organizations. Instead, front line width occurs which may cause sponsors to be "thin" in support. Over time, most companies that start with unilevel plans adapt them to look more like a stairstep breakaway plan.
The Stairstep Breakaway Plan
This is the oldest and most common type of network marketing compensation plan. After meeting certain performance criteria, a distributor advances in rank and "breaks away" from his or her original sponsorship line. The original sponsor receives a percentage override on the sales of the entire breakaway organization. In a way, a stairstep breakaway plan is a unilevel plan with the flexibility to motivate distributors to perform and advance.
Its chief advantage, says White, is that it has a good track record, is easy to modify, is accepted by regulatory agencies, and is driven by volume and performance.
The primary disadvantage of this plan is that it is sometimes so complicated that it’s difficult to explain to new recruits. Another disadvantage is that if the company does not monitor its distributors, they tend to get involved in inventory loading. And sometimes, there is an unreasonably high ongoing monthly personal purchase volume requirement.
Nevertheless, the stairstep breakaway plan remains the most tried-and-true type of plan out there today — and the most likely to survive in the decades to come.

The Matrix Plan
This plan looks like a grid in which a distributor is limited to a certain number of recruits at each level. For example, in a 3-by-5 matrix, each level down to five can have only three downline distributors.
This type of plan is sometimes considered to be more gimmicky than others. Why? Because due to the width limitations, new recruits may find themselves placed underneath upline distributors who did not directly recruit them. In a three-wide matrix, for instance, the fourth distributor you personally sponsor would be placed under one of the first three distributors you personally sponsored (your first-level distributors).
This automatic filling of spots in the matrix can be attractive to novice distributors if they sign on with strong leaders who help fill their grids. Also, it works well in companies where most of the products are used by the distributors, rather than sold to outside consumers.
Matrix plans have been subjected to attacks by regulatory agencies because they sometimes look like "a game." By and large, they have not had a successful record in the industry, and they foster nonproducers, which makes the upline distributors resentful. Nevertheless, several major companies operate matrix plans. Only time will tell whether these plans are here to stay.

Binary Plan
The binary plan is the newest on the scene. In a binary plan, a distributor is allowed to occupy one or more "business centers," each limited to two downline legs. Compensation is paid on group volume of the downline legs rather than a percentage of sales of multiple levels of distributors. In other words, payment is volume driven rather than level driven. Sales volume must be balanced in the two legs to be eligible for commissions, which are paid at designated points when target levels of group sales are achieved. The distributor may occupy multiple positions and may re-enter or loop below other two leg matrices in which he or she has been active. There is no depth limit on payment but each matrix has a finite amount that can be paid out, thus necessitating involvement in multiple two leg matrices. Payment in binaries is often on a weekly basis.
Proponents of binaries cite several advantages. First, they like the weekly payout. Since it is a series of two leg matrices, it is simple to explain. Group cooperation is promoted because payout is on group volume and requires balancing of volume in each leg to be eligible for payout. Some call it more democratic because of the limitation on payout in each matrix, the unlimited depth of payout, and the allowance of looping or re-entry.
On the other hand, the binary is the most controversial of plans. The binary had its unfortunate origins in the early 1990s in fraudulent gold coin programs, and its use later for other questionable products did not help. Those subsequent products were generally high-ticket one-time purchases such as consumer service or travel memberships, travel certificates or overpriced prepaid phone cards. By the end of the 1990s, and after many legal challenges, the binary was not in great favor, and only companies like USANA, that had applied the concept to consumables, seemed to be around.
Critics charged that the implementation of binary plans brought on legal and business problems. Companies and distributors tended to promote the plan rather than the product, creating accusations of a "money game." Often plans had a one-time sale requirement which created a something-for-nothing atmosphere and appearance of payment for headhunting recruitment. The multiple business center approach was often presented as a "purchase of a business center," an "investment," or a "front-load" of product. The ability to stack personal business centers also created the possibility of front-loading. The required balancing of sales volume between legs meant that hard work might yield no payoff and income would be forfeited, because personal production did not count if balanced sales volume did not occur. Finally, the multiple re-entry or looping created a "game-like" atmosphere in which an individual could end up in the downline of someone he or she had sponsored. For the distributor looking long term at a distributorship that might be sold, this "looping" also made it virtually impossible to place a value on a distributorship because no continuous downline genealogy could exist.

Last But Not Least

Here are some final yet important aspects of a compensation plan to check out:

Overall Payout
How much of the sales dollar does the compensation plan pay out to its distributors? Most plans pay between 35 and 45 percent of the company’s wholesale purchase volume, and about 30 percent of suggested retail volume. Look for a plan that divides the pie in your favor, without going overboard. A plan that is overly "generous" to its distributors can run itself into financial ruin. And that’s bad for everyone.

Orphan Commissions
When distributors fail to qualify to earn the commissions or bonuses on their purchase volume in a given month (usually because they fall short of the minimum purchase qualifying amount), the commissions they would otherwise have earned are called "orphan" commissions. Avoid plans in which orphan commissions return to the company. A plan should be structured in a way that orphan commissions "roll up" to the next qualifying distributor that month, rather than return to the company. This approach is also called "compression." Orphan commissions from terminated distributors should be handled the same way.

Lock-In
Look for a plan that has the lock-in feature; that is, when you reach a certain level, you "lock in" and cannot be demoted because of a temporary drop in monthly performance.

Other Perks
The compensation plans of most companies offer at least some perks for top performance above and beyond commissions and bonuses. These come in many forms: company cars, health insurance, free training, lead and co-op advertising programs. A few publicly traded companies even offer stock or stock options.

No matter what other advantages a plan might have, always ask this pivotal question: "Does it emphasize getting products or services into the hands of consumers; or does it emphasize making money by finding new recruits? If it falls into the latter category, run away — fast. In the end, says White, it’s the product — not the compensation plan — that drives success.

Don' Be Misleaded By "I will give you 6 Paid sign up" Claim

Someone recently told me he's joining an MLM company because they promised him "excess cash spillover". I told him, "They are lying to you." The guy called me back later and said, "I point-blank asked them if I'd get people put underneath me, and the guy said, "Well, we can't guarantee that.""

Spillover - Creating a Welfare Mentality


Good people don't want welfare. They want to build it themselves. They just want to learn the skills they need to build this business and create residual income, money that's coming in week after week, year after year, and they can will it to their children's children. When you look at a lot of network marketing websites, you often see that word SPILLOVER. The proposition, more or less, is, get in now, today, and you'll get all this spillover.

In 7 years, I have never, ever, ever seen anybody get spillover, having somebody build it for them. And if you look closely at the compensation plans of the companies that promote spillover, you'll find out that those who get spillover usually don't get paid on it. There are other hoops to jump through to get paid on that spillover, and these people rarely ever qualify. So it's the person who actually does the work who gets the pay what a novel idea!
MLM Companies use "spillover" as a tool to drag in people who think they can build a business without doing any work. In other words, no sponsoring, no recruiting. It targets that type of person.

When You Say Spillover, You Are Targeting Quitters!


When you see a network marketing company that promotes spillover on their website, they're looking for welfare-minded people. The problem for you is, you can't build with these people, unless YOU do all the work! That's what they expect. And when you don't build their business, they'll be off somewhere else, looking for a better welfare plan. So really, when you or your company promote spillover, you are targeting people who will not be with you long-term. And in network marketing, that makes absolutely no sense. WORLD'S LARGEST INDUSTRY - FROM ZERO TO A TRILLION $ IN 100 YEARS

How Big Is Travel and Tourism Industry and Find Why You Should Tap Into This Giant Business !

Two centuries years ago even Washington's crossing the Potomac or Wolfe's traversing the Plains of Abraham wouldn't have classified them as tourists. The tourism industry hadn't even been thought of, never mind exist. People who travelled in those days were called explorers.
Today tourism has reached, in people and in dollars, the top of the heap. More money, time and equipment are involved in tourism than in any other single business. In major tourism countries (see accompanying list) more than 350 million visitors intermingle annually, bringing billions into these countries while paying for airline, ship, hotel, entertainment and other services and goods.

A recent phenomenon is the rise of a segment of the world population with the largest amount of disposable income -- young Japanese women between ages 19 and 34 who, through a strange mix of tradition and the new Asian economic miracle, are far ahead in the new "world order" of tourism. These 26 million women travel more frequently and widely and spend more money than any other group. They have substantial economic clout. 

Why? Until recently, young Japanese ladies did not go out to work. They stayed at home with their parents. By tradition their families demanded no payment for room and board, as do most European and North American societies. Consequently, when these women started going to work and Japan expanded economically so rapidly, their savings became disposable income as their families still cover their living expenses until they get married. The women it seems are waiting longer before getting married ... no doubt sending restrained shock waves through the rest of the close-knit traditional Japanese family. Today, it is not uncommon for such girls to go on buying sprees for shoes and shoes only -- to Rome, Geneva, London or Hong Kong. They are travelling much more than young Japanese men, seeing more, and are changing their outlook more than their traditional culture may be willing to readily accept. More Japanese women may decide to leave their homeland and immigrate to lands visited. Freedom, once tasted, is difficult to give up.
How did this happen? It is part of the emergence of the Communications Age. As people talked to one another more frequently and for longer periods, they found out about the next village and the next city, the next country and the world. Within just a minute of time on the galactic scale, we learned far more about the planet, different countries and cultures, how to converse with people anywhere, and how to get there. The inquisitive nature of the human race did the rest. Today, with proper planning, you can get to almost any place on the planet within 24 hours. Not everyone needs that speed, but it is available. In 12 hours destinations are easily accessible that would have taken months and fortunes to reach 200 years ago. This also accentuates competition between destinations. 

Listed here are the current rankings for countries experiencing the greatest influx of tourists, crossing national borders in a single year.
France, fortunately located within easy travelling distance (by car, plane or boat) of about 20 other European countries, tops the list with 50.2 million visitors. France has only 40 million residents. Spain, south of France and warmer, comes in third beating out the United States, which has only two close countries, Canada and Mexico, to draw on. Canada, comes in seventh on the tourism scale, thanks primarily to the U.S.A. market -- within easy driving and flying distance. 

The Bahamas, located off the east coast of Florida, receive 1.6 million tourists annually despite having only 200,000 citizens. That's eight tourists to one native -- year round! Hong Kong matches tourists with residents, 5.4 million annually.
Always remember however, to keep such figures in the proper perspective: more people visited Florida's Disney World (28.5 million) than went to Italy (26.7 million).
The development that speeded up expansion of the tourism industry was jet travel, especially the Boeing 747 Jumbo Jet which can now carry over 400 people non-stop, if necessary, for 18 hours at speeds of 550 mph. It enables almost everybody, in an industrialized country who wants to fly, to fly, and within reason, to a spot they chose. This mobility was never before possible.
Despite terrorists, wars, strikes, weather and currency fluctuations, the tourism wave continues. A recent growing phenomenon: shorter flights to distant locations (London for lunch?) cause travel agents much glee, although the length of such trips reduce the amount spent "on location".

It's A "TRICKY" Method
what internet marketing gurus don't want you to know...

All of them provide free stuff (Ebooks, Reports, Videos, etc..) to their readers and to new visitors. They place the lead magnets in the content, in the sidebar, using popups, above the fold, etc… This is how they build their list (there are other ways to build a list but this is the most common). As soon as they get your name and your email (or just the email is good enough), they send you into the “funnel” and you start getting emails, suggestions, tips, etc… most of the times they include their affiliate links into the emails or they promote offers from other marketers and they are able to monetize.

WHY FAIL in netwok marketing ?


Hello Friends..
 
It makes me sad to see so many people fail in MLM. They join in hopes of having a better life then fail, mostly because of the reason I am going to give you below. Can I be honest with you? I WAS one of those people who failed several times before achieving success, and I could check mark just about every reason below for it.
  1. Lack of Training/No Self Growth. If you are unteachable or aren’t willing to invest in your self growth you will fail. The other end of the pendulum is desperately wanting training but not having any available. I n that case you need to go outside of your company to do it.
  2. No Goals Set. As the famous saying goes, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”
  3. Trying Any & Every Program and never committing to any of them. It takes times to build a business, and you just can’t quit and try something new because it didn’t work the first few times your tried it. Get someone to help you who knows what they are doing. Have them watch you and give you suggestions.
  4. Procrastination. Need I say anymore. Get off the couch and take action. Record your favourite show and watch it when you are successful and can afford to take the time.
  5. Non-Consistent Action. Only doing your business when it is convenient or doing it every now and then will not bring you success. You must have actions planned every business to make your home based business grow.
  6. Fear. The only thing I can say about this one is that you have a choice. Your fear or success. You can’t have both. You might feel like your heart is going to pound right out of your chest the first time you go to talk to a stranger about your opportunity, (mine did), but when you get your 1st, then your 10th, then your 50th recruit, you will be so glad that you did.
  7. Lack of Leadership. This is the one I can relate to the most. I spent years looking for someone to lead/mentor me. I am so thankful that I did 6 years ago, it made all the difference. If your leader isn’t helping you then find someone who will, and learn from them. If you don’t have someone who is willing to help you. 
  8. Would you consider me? I can’t do everything that a leader does for you, but I would sure love to answer any questions if I can and to congratulate and applaud you on a job well done.
If you find yourself in any of these situations, have HOPE. You can change them starting today and put yourself on the road to a better place.

What Kind Of Sponsor Are You Looking For ?

Choosing the best MLM sponsor  for you is one of the most important things for your home based business. You can be with the best network marketing company in the world, but if you choose the wrong upline sponsor, you may be headed for failure.

Before I tell you how to choose the right one, let’s review why a network marketing sponsor may not be a good fit for you.

There are 2 main reasons why you may have picked the wrong MLM sponsor:
  1. Sign up with a friend or family member out of obligation – If your friend or family member has no MLM skills, no Internet marketing skills, and has no idea what they are doing, why join with them? This is a business and you need to treat it as such! If you still decide to enroll this way, be sure that they at least have an upline sponsor who fulfills the requirements that I talk about below. 
  2. Found someone on the Internet that had a great online persona – Many people click a link on someone’s website to join an MLM home business without ever talking to that person. Remember, the way a person portrays themselves may be different than how they really are. You cannot possibly know if the person is a good fit for you as an MLM sponsor simply by reading their website or Facebook Fan page. Randomly choosing a sponsor for your home business through an Internet page is not the way to success.
You're Not a Number, But a Real Person


Here are some questions to find the best MLM sponsor for you:
  • Are they available to answer questions via phone, email or text messaging? If you reach out to make initial contact and they do not respond, there is your first clue. Make sure your new MLM sponsor truly cares enough about you and your success to be there for you.
  • Do they provide leadership?
  • Are they actively building their business? If the answer is NO, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. A good MLM sponsor will actively be building their business. If they are not, not only will you never have anyone placed under you in the system, but they will likely not give you any support.
  • Does the team have momentum and duplication? A network marketing team with duplication and momentum means there is a great system in place that everyone learns and uses. Without this, the team is stagnant and typically does not grow. This also proves there is great leadership for the team.
  • Do they provide team training and individual mentoring? The best MLM sponsor will provide training and mentoring for everyone on the team. It not, why would you enroll with this person? They won’t be helping you at all.
  • Are they energetic and positive? In my first network marketing company, I unknowingly joined with someone who used negative reinforcement. What a nightmare! In my present company, I spoke to my MLM sponsor a few times and was extremely excited to find that they are consistently positive and supportive.
  • Do they build their business online? This is very important. In my first MLM business, I was building the business online but my MLM sponsor was not. He was very unsupportive. I had to figure it all out myself which was very difficult with no support. I did figure it out, made a lot of money, and reached ranks higher than my sponsor. I am excited that my current upline sponsor and team are very online savvy, and creating an amazing online marketing culture.
